Live Wedding Illustration

Live wedding illustration is exactly what it sounds like - I illustrate your guests during your wedding and print each one on the day for them to take home as a keepsake.

It works as both entertainment and favour. Something guests enjoy watching happen, and something they leave with (and actually keep).

Everything runs quietly in the background, without needing managing or scheduling.

Availability

I take on a limited number of weddings (and only one per weekend) so dates fill up quickly. You can check my current availability here.

How it Works

On the day, I’ll be set up with my iPad and printer in a spot that’s unobtrusive but visible - so guests can see what’s happening without it getting in the way.

Guests come over for a quick reference photo whenever it suits them, and I illustrate live throughout the day.

Each illustration is:

  • drawn digitally on my iPad

  • printed and packaged

  • ready for guests to take home on the day

After the wedding, you’ll also receive digital copies of all completed illustrations.

The main requirement is access to a power outlet. Other than that, everything runs quietly and fits naturally into the flow of the day.

The perfect blend of personalised wedding favours and unique wedding entertainment!

Is this for our wedding?

Is your wedding going to relfect you rather than someone else’s Pinterest board? Then, probably, yes.

If you care about the atmosphere as much as the aesthetics. If you'd rather give people something personal and a bit unexpected rather than another box of sugared almonds or miniture whisky.

Live illustration works especially well for couples who want entertainment that doesn't interrupt - something happening quietly in the background that guests can wander over to, get involved with (if they want), and leave with something in their hand that they'll actually want to keep.

It's for the weddings that have personality. The ones where the venue is pretty cool, the playlist is maybe a bit chaotic (bonus points from me if you’ve got an emo/pop punk playlist), and nobody's pretending to be something they're not.

If that sounds like you, I’d love to illustrate at your wedding.

Not sure? Just get in touch. I don't bite - and I'm genuinely happy to have a no-pressure chat about whether it's a good fit.

The Packages

Every package includes live illustration on the day, printed and packaged portraits for guests, and a digital gallery delivered the morning after.

A portrait can be one person, a couple, or a small group of up to four - so the numbers go further than you'd expect.

Choosing the right option

Guest numbers are a guide, not a rule. Because a portrait can include a couple or a small group, the numbers often go further than you'd expect.

If you're not sure which package suits your day, just get in touch - I'm happy to talk it through and help you figure out what actually makes sense for your wedding rather than just pointing you at the most expensive option.

Optional Add-Ons

Go Big. The A5 Upgrade.

Upgrade from postcard-sized A6 prints to full A5. Easier to frame, makes more of a statement. £150 / £210 / £300 depending on package.

The Custom Background - Available As A Standalone Add-On

The custom background is included in The Whole Shebang. Add it to any other package for a flat fee of £150.

Not sure which combination is right for your day?

Just get in touch. I'd rather you end up with exactly the right thing than talk yourself into something that doesn't quite fit or talk yourself out of something that would've been brilliant.
